Women@Varo aims to achieve 50/50 representation across all job categories and levels by supporting the hiring, promotion, and retention of women. This network focuses on increasing female representation in leadership and STEM through initiatives such as recognizing achievements, collaborating externally, networking, volunteering, providing lifecycle support, and offering education.

AAPI ERG supports the diverse Asian American & Pacific Islander communities, encompassing around 50 ethnic groups and over 100 languages with ancestries including Chinese, Indian, Japanese, Filipino, Vietnamese, Korean, Hawaiian, and others.
