How to deposit cash into your Varo account

Depositing cash into your Varo Bank Account is easier than ever before.

Depositing cash for free at CVS®*

You can now deposit cash for free at over 7,500 CVS® locations* without the hassle of fees and complex procedures at other retail spots. Here’s how it works:

1. Simply head to the register.

2. Hand cashier your Varo debit card or show the barcode in your Varo app (go to Move Money > Add Cash > Show Deposit Locations > find your location > Show Barcode).

3. Provide cash for depositing (note: deposits over $100 will also require ID).

4. That’s it! Money will be added to your Varo Bank Account.

5. Note: Keep receipt as proof of your transaction.

With Varo, there's no charge for depositing cash at thousands of standalone CVS locations nationwide*. Deposit anywhere between $20 to $500 per transaction and up to $1,500 daily.
