Chat is live in the Varo app
Now, there’s an even easier way to get help when you need it. With chat in your Varo app, you can get support at your fingertips.
Check out our updated Help Center and chat with us to get answers quickly and conveniently.
Chat is available to all Varo customers, 7 days a week from 8 AM to 4:30 PM MST (closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day).
Here’s how to get started:
- Log in to your Varo app
- Tap My Varo > Help and support > Contact us
- Choose Chat with us
If you ever need to leave the app during your chat, you’ll get a push notification when we’ve responded and you can pick up right where you left off. All of your messages with Varo are saved, so you can review your previous conversations whenever you want.
Remember, chat isn’t the only way to get convenient support. Our FAQs have speedy answers to almost any Varo-related question.
